Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and who can see it.
The short version: we collect what you give us to make introductions, we only share your contact details with another organization after you both agree, we don't sell personal information, and we don't want patient information.
1. Who we are
Partnerly is operated by CareShip ("we", "us"). Contact: leo@careshiphealth.com.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your email and a password. We store only a scrambled (hashed) form of the password, never the password itself.
- Organization and request details: the information you enter when you post a request, register as a partner or accept a request, such as organization name, your name, phone, website, states, programs, volumes, timelines and preferences, and messages you write to another organization.
- Business contact and organization data from other sources: public records (such as the CMS NPPES registry and the HHS-OIG exclusion list) and industry directories. This includes organization names, locations and specialties, and business contact details for organizations that may want to hear from you.
- Technical data: a secure session cookie that keeps you logged in, and a scrambled version of your IP address used to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. What we do not want
Do not submit patient information or any protected health information. If you do by mistake, tell us at leo@careshiphealth.com and we will delete it.
4. How we use it
- To create and secure your account, and to run the service: suggest matches, send invitations for you, and make introductions.
- To send service emails: invitations, confirmations, introductions and password resets.
- To prevent misuse, keep the service working, and meet legal obligations.
- To tell you about CareShip products, only if you asked us to.
5. Who sees your information
- The other organization, only after they accept. Before that, your email and phone are shown to them masked. After acceptance, each side sees the other's contact details.
- Other users may see the organization details you chose to list, if you agreed to be listed.
- Service providers that help us run Partnerly: Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery). They may only use your data to provide those services to us.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or in a merger or sale of the business.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores your light/dark preference. That is all.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and request history while your account is active and as needed to run the service and meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
8. Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information.
- Ask us to remove or correct a listing about your organization.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails, or tell us not to contact you.
Email leo@careshiphealth.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them.
9. Security
Connections to Partnerly are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
10. Children
Partnerly is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and change the date above. If a change is significant, we will let you know.
Public listings and private contact data
- Search results are built from public records and show names, specialties and locations only. We keep phone numbers, emails and similar contact details in a private database that is never returned by public pages or search. Contact details are shared between two organizations only after the invited organization accepts.
- You can ask us to remove a listing at any time on the removal page.
Payments, cookies and storage
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and plan status, not your card details.
- We set one session cookie so you stay logged in, and your browser stores your theme and colour choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
