Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for using Partnerly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. What Partnerly is
Partnerly is an online matching service that helps care teams, medical practices, billing companies and other healthcare organizations find each other so they can talk about working together on care programs. We make introductions. We are not a party to any agreement between organizations, and we do not provide medical, legal, billing, coding or compliance advice.
Please do not send us patient information. Partnerly is not designed to receive protected health information (PHI).
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and use Partnerly for business purposes on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent.
- You create an account with your email and a password when you post a request, register as a partner, or accept a request. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current. One account per email address.
3. How requests, invitations and connections work
- You describe what you have and what you need. Partnerly suggests organizations that may fit, using public records and industry directories, and organizations that registered with us.
- When you invite an organization, we email it a request on your behalf. It may accept, decline or ignore it. We cannot promise any organization will respond, or that you will find a match.
- Your contact details stay masked until the other organization accepts. After acceptance, each side can see the other's contact details, and we send an introduction email. What you do next is between you and them.
4. Your responsibilities
Partnerly does not verify that any organization is licensed, enrolled, credentialed or eligible to bill for any program. For public-record listings we check the federal exclusion list (OIG LEIE) at the time of listing, which is not a full verification. You are responsible for your own due diligence, including licensing and enrollment, supervision and billing requirements, contracts, and compliance with applicable federal and state law (including anti-kickback and fee-splitting rules) before you enter any arrangement.
5. Acceptable use
- No patient information, and nothing false, misleading or unlawful.
- No misrepresenting who you are, your credentials or your capacity.
- No scraping, bulk extraction, spam, or using Partnerly to send unsolicited messages outside its invitation feature.
- No attempts to break, overload or bypass the security of the service.
We may limit, suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these rules.
6. Listings and public information
Organization details that come from public records and industry directories may be incomplete or out of date, and the organizations shown have not necessarily joined Partnerly or confirmed they are available. If you believe a listing about your organization is wrong or you want it removed, email leo@careshiphealth.com.
7. Fees
Partnerly is currently offered without a charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will tell you before you are charged anything. We do not take a share of any arrangement between organizations, and we do not charge per referral.
8. CareShip products and offers
Partnerly is part of CareShip. If we tell you about CareShip products or trial offers, those are governed by their own terms. We will only send you marketing about them if you ask us to, and you can stop at any time.
9. Communications
We send emails that are part of the service, such as invitations, confirmations, introductions and password resets. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Partnerly is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the actions or omissions of any organization you meet through Partnerly, for any agreement you make, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Partnerly at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing leo@careshiphealth.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other users.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If a change is significant, we will let you know. Questions: leo@careshiphealth.com.
Data sources, listings and removal
- Partnerly's suggestions come from public records (federal NPI registry, IRS, FDA, state insurance departments, CMS and Department of Labor filings) and from organizations that registered with us. A listing is not an endorsement, and it does not mean the organization has joined Partnerly or is available.
- If you or your organization are listed and would rather not be, use the removal page. We hide the listing from search.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. A "contact" is one invitation sent to a partner. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You can cancel any time in Settings.
